Radiomonitor was formed in 1999 and has grown from an initial 10 stations to over 200 today. At any given time the Radiomonitor servers store over 39 million minutes of audio.

Nick's first job in radio was reclaiming quarter inch reels for LBC. He was Head of Production for EMR and has spent many years travelling the world as technical producer of outside broadcasts including 3 England cricket tours and breakfast from an aircraft carrier.

Phil started off in radio as a producer of the Chart show. He managed the technical launch of the UK's first internet radio station and London's Switchdigital multiplex. He also spent many years producing outside broadcasts although more St Albans to Nick's St Lucia.
